Shipping and Returns
We ship from our Richmond, British Columbia warehouse. Once a product has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping firm, any claims must be made directly with that shipper. We can assist with most cases, ask your representative.
Rates are subject to change due to where are you located.
Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted. No returns are accepted after 7 days of receiving the merchandise. If you have a return item contact your salesperson for a “Return Authorization” number. All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge. Incorrect items will be replaced as soon as possible. Notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All returns must be in the original packaging and in new, re-saleable condition. All return items must be sent back via customer’s expense, excluding incorrect items in which case we will send a “call tag” to pick up these items.
Special order items are non-returnable. All special orders cannot be cancelled (check with your sales person) any parts featured in our advertisements, catalogs, brochures or web site that are not normally carried in our stocking inventory will constitute this item to be a special order. Test fit all parts. Essex Distributors is not liable for any mis-shipped items nor will we reimburse for any incurred labor charges from these incidences. Once parts are painted they are non-returnable. Please notify us if you have received any incorrect items, we will work to correct the parts as soon as possible.
